This is where the rules for working on BDS live: branching and worktree flow, scope-per-PR, the component-bloat guardrails, the release flow, the deprecation policy, and — most importantly for agents writing on this site — the page template every new docs page must follow.

Workflow rules (placeholder)

The detailed contribution workflow (worktrees, scope-per-PR, ADR cadence, release flow, deprecation policy) hasn't migrated yet. For now, see CLAUDE.md in the BDS repo — it's the operational source of truth.

Once those rules migrate here, this index page will turn into a navigation hub like the other top-level sections.
